1. Course Access

After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to the course through your student dashboard on our website. Please make sure your login credentials are kept safe.

2. Subscription & Billing

If you have subscribed to a recurring payment plan, you agree to be charged automatically on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the course becomes completely inaccessible and the issue is not resolved within 5 business days.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to share your account credentials or course content with anyone. Doing so may result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you’ve violated these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, graphics, and videos are the property of Mono Institute. Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of our services. The course is provided “as is.”

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan and UAE . Any legal matters will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
